Questions? Write us at:

*Amy Bircher, a resident of the Big Island and a current fellow in our Writers Immersive program, just
optioned her screenplay, “Victorian Christmas,” to producers in Hollywood who are intent on making it
with the Hallmark television network.

**Walter Dods III, along with his Oahu based writing partner – Chris McKinney, were picked up by
The Gersh Agency who represented their series “The Aina” to Hollywood producers, studios and networks.
They are a shining example of the kind of results we generate with our fellows.

Creative Lab Hawaii (CLH) was founded in 2012 by the State of Hawaii DBEDT’s Creative Industries Division
(CID) to develop an ecosystem to increase export, attract investment and build the state’s creative
entrepreneurial capacity. For more information about the program, successes, and industry experts who
